You will be appointed a Case Manager who will see your case through from start to finish and will be on hand to answer any questions that may occur. Your Case Manager will arrange all aspects of the case including arranging the attendance of the client at all necessary appointments. In addition, we will source all medical records, medical reports, arrange diagnostic procedures such as MRI and X-Ray scans and ensure the injured party attends appointments on time.
Once the report has been received, which would usually be within three working days of the appointment, we will check it to ensure all the client’s and medical expert’s details are correct and review the document generally. The Case Manager will be assisted in this by the use of cutting edge technology. All our systems are designed to ensure the fastest possible turnaround of reports along with regular up-dates on progress.
