Our contract with you
At RUSF we have a Charter outlining what you can expect from us. Put in simple terms it gives you confidence in our procedures and the approach we use to guarantee a quality service.
Stage 1
We will acknowledge receipt of an instruction from a solicitor within one working dayStage 2
Within 24 hours we will have selected the appropriate medical expert for your client’s condition and organised the arrangements with regard the medical consultationStage 3
After the patient has been informed of the examination we will arrange for the appointment to be usually within two to four weeks of that date. The patient will be reminded a few days before the appointment, reiterating all the details of time, place etc.Stage 4
